Delivery costs
Our delivery costs are as follows:
| UK | £3.95 + £1 per additional item |
| Europe | £6.95 + £2 per additional item |
| Rest of world | £9.95 and £2 per extra item |
Taxes for delivery outside the UK: please ensure that you check your local import taxes if you live outside the UK, as these taxes are not included in our charges. Where import taxes apply, you will be charged these on delivery.
Packaging
All books are shipped in plain non-identifying packaging in order to protect your privacy.
Delivery service
We use Royal Mail to deliver all purchases in the UK and overseas.
Delivery timescales
We post out book orders at least twice per week. On average our delivery times are as follows:

| Delivery to Europe | Up to 10 working days |
| Delivery to the US & Canada | Up to 10 working days |
| Delivery to Rest of World | Up to 21 working days |
Returns information
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we accept returns within two weeks of your item being delivered. We will then refund you minus the cost of packing and postage. If the item is faulty in any way or you receive the wrong item, we will replace the item.
